Thanks for a good idea! We have inserted a link to this catalog feature into the wording of the overdue reminders sent out by email.
ReplyDeleteMost email providers will allow this to appear as a live link (make sure you are set up to allow html display). Then you can just click to go to the "My Account" page (you will still need your library card number handy for log-in, but this is also included on the reminder notice).
If this doesn't work for you, try cutting and pasting the address into your browser. We have substituted a "Tiny URL" for the lengthy string of numbers and letters associated with this page, to make it less cumbersome. We hope this helps.
